By archiving and facilitating projects related to new media arts and by hosting talks, workshops, publications, and events such as presentations, symposiums, and exhibitions, New Media Society acts as a hub and mediator for several emerging project spaces across the country. Their key activities include discovering, archiving, and preserving artworks that are generally categorized as ‘new media’ as well as publishing and producing knowledge to drive the platform for the ever-growing new media scene in Iran.
