Founded in Tehran in 2012, Raf Projects began as an alternative art space and transformed into a curatorial collective, defining and developing interdisciplinary artistic projects for Iranian and international artists.
In 2017, Raf Projects was registered as a non-profit association (Verein) in Berlin with a focus on increasing the exchange of cultural and artistic projects between Iran and other countries. It achieves this through its program of events including exhibitions, talks, book publishing and residency programs.
