Natasha Moharramzadeh

Natasha Moharramzadeh (born 1979) is a novelist, playwright and researcher originally from Lahijan, Gilan, and based in Tehran. In 2021, she graduated from Tehran University of Art with a Ph.D. in Art Research. She started her career as a playwright and writer in 2001. Her plays have been performed many times in different cities of Iran, especially in Gilan Province. For her plays, short stories, and essays, she has been awarded, among others, the Sadeq Hedayat Prize (in 2004), the Akbar Radi Prize (in [2013), and the Nazerzadeh Kermani Prize (in [2014). Since 2013, Moharramzadeh has been researching and publishing in the field of psychoanalysis and art.
