Hoor art gallery was founded in Tehran in October 2005 under the management of Yaghoob Emdadian with a focus on painting, sculpture, and printmaking. It has since held more than 160 solo and group exhibitions. The gallery focusses on introducing pioneering and talented young artists to its audience in order to develop arts and culture in Iran. The gallery has hosted solo exhibitions by outstanding artists including Ali Akbar Sanati, Houshang Pezeshknia, Mansoor Ghandriz, Arabali Sherveh, Davood Emdadian, Mohsen Vaziri Moghaddam, Mehdi Hosseini, Ali Golestaneh and Farshid Maleki.
