Efie Gallery is a contemporary art space in Dubai dedicated to showcasing artists of African origin from the continent and its diaspora. Founded in 2021 by the Ghanaian family Valentina, Kwame, and Kobi Mintah, the gallery opened its permanent location in 2022 at Al Khayat Art Avenue. Efie, meaning "home" in Twi, embodies the gallery's mission to foster a sense of belonging and cultural dialogue. Through exhibitions, residencies, and collaborations, Efie Gallery bridges African and Middle Eastern art scenes, promoting cross-cultural exchange and supporting artists in their creative journeys.
