In the spring of 2016, the Delgosha Gallery opened in downtown Tehran under the direction of Niloofar Abedi and Shabahang Tayyari with the goal of supporting contemporary Iranian artistic and cultural potentials. From the outset, the gallery has focused on representing new talents and creating real opportunities for contemporary Iranian artists to develop. To date, the gallery has held 39 solo shows and 10 group shows in the fields of painting, drawing, photography, and installation (video and sound).
