Dalloul Art Foundation

Lebanon, Beirut

The Ramzi and Saeda Dalloul Art Foundation (DAF) is a Beirut-based cultural institution home to an extensive collection of modern and contemporary visual art from the Arab World. Housing around 3,000 works across various media—including painting, sculpture, and photography—DAF represents artists from the Levant, North Africa, and the Arabian Peninsula. Initiated in the 1970s by Dr. Ramzi Dalloul and Saeda Al-Husseini. the mission of safeguarding and expanding the collection is taken by their son, Dr. Basel Dalloul, who founded DAF in 2016. The foundation’s mission is to preserve, document, archive, publish, research, exhibitions, and cultural events, all aimed at making Arab art accessible to both local and international audiences.
