The Baku Center of Art, also known as Yeni Gallery, was founded in 1988 by a group of visionary artists under the Association of Creative Youth of Azerbaijan. Its name, “Yeni,” meaning “new” in Azerbaijani, reflects its commitment to showcasing contemporary and innovative art. The gallery supports both emerging and established artists across various disciplines, including photography, architecture, music, and poetry. As a vital cultural institution, Yeni Gallery plays a crucial role in fostering artistic growth and facilitating dynamic artistic dialogue in Baku’s vibrant cultural scene.
