Hedieh Ahmadi is an artist based in Tehran. Ahmadi holds a BA in Photography from the University of Arts in Tehran. Her work focuses on books and publications as an artistic practice. Her self-published photo books have been collected by notable institutions such as the Thomas J. Watson Library at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. In 2018, Ahmadi collaborated with the artist, Ronak Moshtaghi to organize Iran’s first art book fair, BAZAR, which offered a platform for the introduction of art books in the Iranian art scene.
