Anca Poterasu Gallery, established in May 2011, primarily focuses on supporting contemporary Romanian artists, showcasing both established and emerging talents across various media including painting, drawing, installation, photography, and moving image work. Its exhibition program centered on curatorial practice that encourages collaborations with artists and practitioners worldwide. In 2015, the gallery launched Plantelor 58, an international residency for artists and curators. Building on its 2018-2019 curatorial project space in Leipzig’s Spinnerei, the gallery continues its “nomad gallery” concept, aiming to establish project spaces across Europe.
