Amin Shahed was born 1975 in Rasht, Iran. He is a writer, artist, and curator with a bachelor’s degree in visual communication based in Istanbul. His professional experience includes research, art writing, exhibitions, art consultancy, and artistic direction. In 2019, he founded Nahib, a digital magazine and podcast on arts and culture. As an editor of Nahib, Shahed collaborates with numerous writers, researchers, and various international platforms. He has held numerous exhibitions as an artist, among them four solo shows.
