mohit.art invites a live- and online audience to attend (video-) talks and virtual studio visits in Tehran with artists Bita Fayyazi, Behnam Kamrani, Negar Tahsili, and Newsha Tavakolian. Screening of four virtual studio visits followed by a discussion with the artists. Live with Tahsili and Hannah Jacobi (moderation) at Salon am Moritzplatz, Berlin, the other artists will join the discussion remotely. 18:00-21:00 (CET)

In the frame of the exhibition “This Is Not a Suitcase” at Khaneye_Ma Art Residency, Kerman, art book expert Hedieh Ahmadi will hold a two-day workshop where participants will be invited to examine the art- and photobook as an artistic medium.

On view until May 26, 2022 at Khaneye_Ma Art Residency in Kerman, Iran: “A Selection of Photobooks from Deutscher Fotobuchpreis 2021/22.” Presented by mohit.art in cooperation with Deutscher Fotobuchpreis (German Photobook Award), Stuttgart; Emkan Gallery, Tehran; Hasht Cheshmeh Art Sapce, Kashan; and Khaneye-Ma, Kerman.
