Three Minutes Short Film Festival is held on the 3rd of March every year in Baghdad. The number 3 is the common denominator for all the festival’s activities, including viewing, evaluating parties and annalistic sessions, which are limited to three minutes for each speaker.
The festival supports young talents in Iraq by providing them with the opportunity to showcase their productions on the festival screen. The production of a large part of these films is for those who do not have the ability to produce their own film, as well as, opening the door of the participation to the films of youth from all countries of the world to present them to the Iraqi public.
